Shipping and Returns


We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: Fedex, United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S Postal Service (USPS).

Standard Return Policy
- You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (excludes shipping and handling) if it meets the following conditions:

o Items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.

o Items must be returned in original packaging.

o Items received at our processing facility within 30 days of original delivery date.

- We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

- All sales final if returns are not initiated within 15 days of delivery.

*You must initiate the return within 15 days of delivery. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate three weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 7 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Return Policy Rules and Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items

We do not give refunds for the following products:

- Undergarments and other intimate apparel
- “Final Sale” items
- Other select items, as noted on the product description page

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty.* All shipping charges will be waived.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item in the Love Is Above warehouse within 10 days from the date you initiated the return, or your account will be charged full price for the replacement item.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product.

If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 15 days of delivery,* we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

You can expect your refund within three weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 7 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Oversized-Item Return Policy

If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. Return shipping fees typically range from $100 to $300, but may be more for larger items.

All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items not in their original, new, unopened condition may qualify for a partial refund of the product’s price. Upon our inspection of returned merchandise, Love Is Above.com reserves the right to deduct the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees from your refund.*

Warranty on Ceiling Decor

If after careful inspection of your Love Is Above components, you feel there is a defect that renders a part unusable, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • Finishing or installing a component infers that you have accepted same and nullifies any warranty claim.
  • Love Is Above liability shall not exceed the replacement cost of the defective part only, including shipping and handling.
  • All wood moldings must be maintained under stable humidity and temperature conditions for any warranty to apply.
  • When using Love Is Above products (wood or poly urethane), failure to properly maintain finish will void warranty.
  • All poly urethane moldings will split or crack if bent beyond radius limits.

All sizes of parts are approximate. All poly urethane ornamentation will vary slightly in size due to the nature of the curing process.
Because of the delicate nature of many of our products, we can not guarantee that they will arrive without a slight break or crack. Many factors such as physical shock to a package, etc. may cause a crack or a “clean break” in the thinner areas of some components. Typically components break smoothly and can easily be joined together with no visible seam apparent in the finished product. Cracked material can also be easily re-attached. Components that may experience a crack or break in transit include any part that is less than 1⁄2” thick at the thinnest point.

Missing Parts


We hope that every product you receive arrives with all the parts necessary to fully assemble your product. Should you discover that a part is missing, please review your assembly instructions to locate the missing part number needed. Contact Customer Care (email sent to bell@loveisabove.com).


Shipping & Delivery

Ceiling Mirrors: We ship within 4-6 weeks of when you place your order.

Ceiling Décor: We ship within 4-6 weeks of when you place your order.

Clothing: We ship within 5-7 business days of when you place your order (in stock inventory)

We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.

On rare occasions, there may be a delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Alaska & Hawaii

Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size, and weight. These fees will be listed at checkout.
